Please bring a pillow and blanket

In a guided meditation, you will go into a deeply relaxed state.  Through a process, you will be cleansed on any and all negative feelings, emotions and desires.  Any blocks or obstacles to your highest self will be removed.   You will create new thoughts, feelings and emotions in your subconscious mind which will guide you moving forward.
